5.3 swap

does anyone know if I can use the same clutch in a 5.3 as I use in my sbc. 350? I have the flywheel I need and the pilot bushing . My clutch went in the 5.3 and have. A spare on the shelf .

I've read all this, and I think the short answer is yes. But there may be an issue with the shoulder on the metric bolts for the for the ls flywheel. Or the pattern maybe needed to be drilled.

If I can find the thread I'll post it.

I bought bolts from the dealer ordered the luck or sachs 1050 and a luck clutch from rock auto. I think I just looked up an 05 6.0l truck with a manual.

ok the ls1tech link .... That guy removed pins from the flywheel and used a Big block chevy clutch. Check how much contact the SBC clutch gives.
