I checked our orders and I see there is one on hold for a Full Face Diff Armor due to a declined CC that was placed at about the same time as your above reply. We notified the customer 4 hrs after the order was placed but so far no response (as far as I can see?). So the order is just sitting. Wanted to double check if this order is yours or not! Thanks!
