my buddy has a 85 4runner with a d44 front and d60 rear end. we are having problems fixing his brakes. he has what we believe to be a jeep wagoneer front end d44 on it, but we cannot figure out if it is that or a chevy front end. we need new rotors to get it up and running and we cant figure out what to get.

do you guys have any ideas as to what we can do find out if it is a jeep or chevy front end?

I think the Chevy D44 has the spring perch on the pumpkin casting. I'm not sure if the Heep does. Maybe that will help...
