4runner mechanic?

Hello all,
Newbie here looking for a good mechaninc in the Springfield, VT/ Claremont, NH area. I just got an '85 runner. I, also, need someone who can work on rust. There is some rust on the frame that I want to get taken care of. Any suggestions?

I'd call some fab shops for that, not mechanics. Maybe Ascutney Custom Fab in Ascutney - (802) 674-6153?

No personal experience with them I've just had their number in my pocket for a while.
