4runner front bumper install question

I could really use some help on how the chrome bumper and plastic bottom piece attach to the front of a 95 4runner. we bought one that had a stinger style bumper so after getting it off and getting the new parts in with the new bumper mounting brackets, we cant really figure out how it goes back together
