I have a 4L60E 2WD Transmission $800, comes with a torque converter and flex plate that matches to an LS gen III engine.

Advanced Adapter 50-0407A to mount 4L60E to 16 spline fj T-case $800.

Both were mounted but never used. Decided to go a different direction.

Confused, your 4L60E seems to have the 6 bolt rear extension bolt pattern, but a non removable bellhousing. I thought when GM went from the 4 bolt rear housing bolt pattern to the 6 bolt pattern they also went to a removable front bellhousing ???

Yes, they did and yes it does have a removable bell housing.

Well okie dokie then, it just looked like the center rib between bellhousing and tranny (by the 5KCD sticker) didn't have a break in it ???.
