This was used on a 4BD1T to an early style GM NV4500. Includes Bellhousing, adapter plate, clutch fork/slave, flywheel, new clutch disc and pressure plate, input shaft, bearing collar, and throwout bearing/bushing. Ive decided to go LSX with my rig. Its all in excellent shape and works great. $1500 for everything. Ill ship if necessary. Located in Central Florida

How much are you asking? I have most those parts but the center of the flywheel hole is too small for and does not fit on 4bd1t crankshaft.
has it been assembled?

It was assembled but never used. I cant part it out but its a complete kit. Even includes the input shaft.
