45lv rims, did they match the color from the factory?

Looking at this thread on Pirate

I see most of the rims match the lower color on the 2 tone models. Was that factory or an owner mod?

I beleive they did(on at least some) up to say 64 or so. the fj25 did, as well its frame was body colored.
