gauge cluster lights no worky, turn signal lights work fine, (replaced them all with LED 194's but the cluster is still not lighting up, any ideas??

Voltage getting to the cluster at the harness? How about at the light spot on the back of the cluster? Verified with a voltmeter or test light?

check for power and make sure it has a good ground. Some folks like to remove the light baffles so the cluster is a lot brighter.. Often the fuse and holder are corroded and even though they look good they have no continuity.. A little dielectric grease or an anti-oxidation grease are a good idea..
