4 runner spotted in westport... anyone we know?

Actually it was my buddy who spotted a black 4runner set up for crawling with a NTC sticker on it in Westport. Anyone we know?

The runner is either

OR

One guy is from Bristol RI and the other Rockport MA
I think it was the second one because I recognize the plate steel bumpers and dents in the passenger rear door

The 2nd one use to belong to Lee K. former president of NE4ROC. He has since sold it and now has a mid-90's PU he's doing a SAS on. I've heard about the other truck, and I grew up in Bristol, but no one I know.
