Found this link on craigslist with the above vehicle, and I thought that I would share.

I email him about pics, and this is what he wrote back.
"Matthew,
I can take some pics and send them this weekend if
your interested. It was a in frontend wreck and then
the top of the cab was cliped off and used on my
tundra that I rolled over. All of the interior parts
were carefully taken out and stored inside, the motor,
transmission and rearend are in good condition.
