4.3-sm465-205

Does anyone know how you can adapt an SM465 to a 93' Vortec 4.3? From what we understand its just getting the right clutch parts, but we arent 110% positive.

Dad wants to do it for his buggy and is afraid to ask such a stupid question on pirate

So... any help?

V6? Bell housing, flywheel and clutch assy. Bell housings came is a few different varieties in general; automotive, early truck & late truck. Late truck BH are aluminum

Seems we just need a bell housing and clutch assembly from the same year 1/2ton with the 4.3. Sweet!

I will be easier to find one from a V8 they will work too. I think you need to look for a BH from 68 and later 1/2 to 1 ton
