3rd row question

What causes the seats to lean like this in the 3rd row. This pic is mild but have seen some a lot worse.

My first hunch would be the tracks are slightly bent from being slammed down over time and use. On my father's dealership, we used to see this a lot in other vehicles with removable 3rd rows. Especially the old suburbans that had them. We'd take the rails off, but them in a vice and bend to a point where we thought they were level. Then put it in the car to see if it's level. If not, remove and repeat : )
