What steps were done to make these "rebuilt"?

Most likley they are the Beck Arnley remanufactured injectors that they sell.
The cheapest i've seen them for is around $25 plus shipping a piece from rock auto or $41 a piece with no core exchange.


So this is really a smoking deal.
