For Sale 3FE Engine and Auto Transmission with 146K out of 92FJ

I am in the process of putting a 1HDT into my 92 FJ. I have the 3FE and 4SPD pulled out. They both 146K on it and was running with no problem and I was driving it daily. I had the plugs, wires, rotor done at 143 and the dealership. I changed the oil at 145K. The Transmission fluid is red. Looking for 1500 for the set or 1K for the 3EFE and 500 for the Transmission.
