Is this the double crank pulley?

I'm not aware of a double pulley for the crank. There is an add on pulley for each accessory on the 3b. The crank pulley is single groove, there is a narrow single add on for ac, and a wide add on for power steering.

The pulley listed here is the wide pulley for power steering
