Anybody out there pulled a piston cooler from a 3b? I have one broken off, not a big deal. BUT can't seem to find a bolt to thread into the nozzle. As far as I can figure it is a m7x1.25 but i have talked to a few nut and bolt shops and they say there is no such thing. In my engine manual there is a special nozzle remover, so i phone toyota and it has been obsolete for years!!

I'd say they were right. BUT I could be wrong.

See that chart. Might help you. Anything is possible with SST tools. I do not know what it takes to get the oilers out. But maybe you have to drill and re-tap a size that is possible.

But like I said, I have not done the job.

Is the engine out of the truck? Can you post a picture? the size of the pic has to be below 80 KB for Mud to allow downloading. See the help section if you have a hard time.
