I got a BJ70 3B turbo project that needs a down facing filter housing too. What are my options? Sure would like to find a solution.

Two options get a earlier 3b oil filter housing or do a remote oil filer
How does using a short oil filter work out. I have concerns about less filtertration and being close to turbo heat.
