Are they the same pump or is there a difference? I'm trying to find a replacement for my 3b JDM bj73. The part number of the one that came off the truck is 22100-58200.

13BT pump is 22100-58360 - not the same as the 3B

Its possible you can swap pumps but I thought the 13BT pump was an inline pump.
The later 13B non turbo engine had a rotary pump.

Different pumps often have different numbers of teeth on the timing gear,so all that needs to be checked.
And I would imagine other things like timing would have to be looked at.
You would need a good pump mechanic.

Maybe some of the 13bt's had rotary pumps and some had inlines like the 3b's. The service manual I have says 3b and 13bt.

Ive yet to hear of a 13BT with a rotary pump. Some of the later 3B had a rotary pump, they were designated a 3B II

Pretty sure some of the old dynas and daihatsu deltas that had 13Bs have rotary pumps, but they're all non-turbo

They sure did,so do the 14/15B engines.
