This was so goofy I felt the need to post for all to see. This is how you get a fuel filter off with minimum hassle. Took me about as long to round up the tools as it did to actually do the job.

Btw I found it easiest to crack the banjo bolts from the top side then whilst sitting crosslegged in the wheel well I could manipulate my magnum sized extension into place. With the left hand through the space where the rubber flaps are ( I removed them ) you can guide the socket while your right hand is under the vehicle feeding it up into place and holding onto the ratchet. I was suprised at how easy this job was. I didn't even swear once and thats a first with this vehicle. :clap:
 
Glad to see I'm not the only one using a half mile of extensions and wobble sockets to get things off of these Toyotas. When ya get enough of those short extensions together ya can damn near go around a corner with them.
