3.4 swap!So i'm goinna swa

So i'm gonna swap over the 3.4 into my mini truck. Wanted some info from the people that have them in their truck already. first off T-case Chain driven or gear driven. Second off Passenger side or driver side drop?

Third: Is anyone getting rid of theirs? let me know.

T-case is chain driven and driver's side drop.

I had a 3.0 in my 88 4runner and all I can say is that if the 3.4 was in that truck, I would still have it. I have been very happy with mine, so no you can't have it.

HAHA sounds good locr. Can I keep my T-case? and bolt it up to the tranny on the 3.4? will my existing tranny mount up to the 3.4?

You're best bet to make sure is to call Marlin or Inchworm, those guys have forgotten more about the different combos the will and will not work than I could ever hope to learn. Good luck, you are part of the way there with the body lift, I know that you need at least 2" to clear the 3.4. Not sure on the auto and the manual is in the same family R150, but not sure what the differences are for sure.
