2UZ-FE into 79 series

hello everyone. I drive a 2013 79 series with 1GR-FE V6 and the engine needs to be replaced or rebuilt
so I started to think about the 4.7 2UZ-FE V8 to use it instead of my engine
does any one knows will it fit directly to my H150 transmission without any adapters?
and which one should I go with the VVTI or the non VVTI?
also is it better to use an OEM ECU or go with an after market?
I use the truck for daily drive and I do travel with it. any suggestions ideas or opinions would be appreciated

I am not sure about the transmission but it is possible.

If I remember correctly, it has been done on Light Duty 70 Series. HD 70 Series, especially post 2007 models, have enough space in the engine bay.

Wiring is a concern with the 2UZ. Someone here did a guide on how to do it. A search for this guide is the first step, I think.
