Be sure to pay in advance if you want a tshirt....as we are not ordering a large amount up front....just a few more than what is pre-paid for stragglers. Get the word out and lets make this the best LOWCOUNTRY BOIL ever!

See ya there!!!

I can get shrimp for $3.00# off the boat.
Mixed sizes mostly 20-25 Heads on.
Let me know

That will work but can we keep it good until Saturday night? You and Dave Milligan take care of it....I am trying to work tshirts and need final count for shirts next week to give time to print.

So if anyone THINKS they may attend the boil and MIGHT want a shirt then please send me an email or PM right away with size, qty, and PayPal info as they will be limited in availability at the event. Thanks.

Dont worry about being able to drive your cruisers...meet us at Freeman Park...and we can shuttle your tents and gear out to beach with you. Most important thing is to have you join us for this weekend....

Please spread the word....

deadline for tshirt orders is Tuesday....

work up your costs based on prices above or on website.....then figure out what size shirts the DRIVER or any guests need...then send the total to me on PayPal. Easy as that....:D

Last Call for Tshirt Pre Order

Last call if you want a tshirt as they may not be available if you choose to pay at the event on Carolina Beach. Please go to the club website at Lowcountry Land Cruisers to review the pricing and events for next weekend.

If you want a shirt or better yet to attend the event, send a pay pal to (rchermanjr at hotmail dot com) stating size and quantity of shirts desired today as the order goes in tomorrow morning to meet our deadline.

Shirts are $16 each if purchased now.......

Shirts are included if attending event and pay the fee for DRIVER $40 (both nights) or $30 (Sat only)

:steer::cheers:

Sent my money in.

shirt order is going in today...if you are not listed above as PAID then you will have to fight for what we have available at the event LOL. The only person that has stated a desire for a shirt and has not paid is BELMONT (1ea XL)...

See you all at the BOIL....

PS: Anyone spoke with Doc...he has not replied to any emails or been online lately to see if he is attending or if he wants a batch of shirts.

Shirts are ordered...we had 17 pre orders and I ordered another 19 to make 36 total shirts available. We will have a few in all sizes from Small through 2XL available for purchase at the event. First come first served.

I will have shirts tonight........

Be at Sparks Toyota at appointed time if you want to convoy up to the ferry.....be sure to have money for ferry crossing and a pass to Freeman Park when we arrive. See you all there....

I am bringing a tarp...as it looks like more rain is possible. Saturday is suppose to give us a break on the coast up there though.

Also, if any of you have RAFFLE ITEMS that were mailed or given to you...please write down what the item is and who gave it to you so that after this is all done I can ensure they all get a thank you and representation on our website as Supporting Vendors. Just, GIFT CERTIFICAT ($200) SOR, is good enough.

I am bringing bocce ball, kayak, 90qt cooler to put drinks inside and my stuff along with raffle items. If anyone needs anything let me know before 8pm Thursday night.

I'm bringing 2 instant up canopys along w/ all of the raffle items I have and the SHRIMP.
Let me know if anyone needs anything else.
I will meet at Sparks also to ride the ferry.

weather looks like isolated storms friday (40 %).....saturday looks to be no rain and overcast (20%) and then sunday is more like Friday. Looks like we will get a break on Saturday and be okay.... :)

I am hoping they show up but not heard anything from a few people. If you are worried about coming without a Land Cruiser....dont be. Drive up in whatever you got and we will shuttle you and your gear from Park Entrance to camping location up the beach further...your attendance is much more important than what you are or are not driving..... Doc, OCDBeetle, BBQBoy, StuRobertson, ScottJohnson, Pete, Mooker, and many more...

Please attend so ProInv does not win all the raffle prizes for a 3RD TIME IN A ROW!!!!:flipoff2::flipoff2:

I am sure pictures and stories will follow but had a great time at the boil.

A group met at SPARKS TOYOTA and convoyed up to South Point Ferry...the ride over was great...the sun was shining....very nice. Slow drive up through Carolina Beach and then into Freeman Park and it was nearly empty. :)

We were able to get the entire North End of the beach area to ourselves save for a few fishermen. Sun was hot until about 5pm when a storm blew through. 20-30knot winds and rain...LOL.

We already had our camps up and readjusted some canopies and had a great chicken bog as others straggled in later that could not leave work early on Friday.

Saturday was much of the same with a trip to Ft Fisher and the Aquarium by some while others just hung out under the canopies talking and swapping stories. That afternoon was the LOWCOUNTRY BOIL as we cooked up 20lbs of shrimp, three kinds of sausage, potatos, and corn in a huge pot. There was also grilled salmon for appetizer and three kinds of cake for dessert.. The rain did not cooperate as another group arrived but we had four tent awnings erected to help weather the storm though some enjoyed the beach and ignored the rain.

Saturday about 5pm the sky clearned and the wind died down to nothing....we built a roaring fire and talked and drank and ate more well into the night. The moon was bright and stars were looking down on us as our final night passed.

Sunday was more of same with a orange sun behind broken clouds as the beach came alive....a group breakfast and then we headed our ways. Tired, wet, but refreshed with good memories of fellow Lowcountry Cruisers. I would like to thank Rick-Kat and Bill Wright for making the long drive to join us....we really appreciated your company. Also would like to thank Jamie from SPARKS TOYOTA for attending as well as sponsoring us this year.

This year we had 21 persons in attendance over the weekend though some had to leave early or the weather influenced their plans as it was torrential at times. We still appreciate their support and willingness to brave the storm to spend some time with us...thanks again.

For those that were not able to attend there are still some tshirts left in limited numbers and sizes.....please see David Benke to get the size and quantity you desire....they are GREAT!!!
