Anyone know where I could find the vacuum layout for a 2lt engine . I picked up a whole 87 4x4 truck w/2lt, 5spd and 4.88's for 200 bucks. It fired right up ,turbo spooled up quickly. I just want to remove all unnecessary crap to transplant into a tube buggy! thanx!

There is NO vacuum crap on a diesel!! The only stuff that is vacuum on a diesel is from the vacuum pump to the brake booster.

The 2LT has a plethora of vacuum lines, used for various things. The 12HT is next in line for a lot of vacuum lines, with the 13BT being a distant 3rd...at least in my experience. Cold idle up, AC idle up, VSV control for any vacuum switched items (4WD, stop shutter, etc).
Best bet for the schematics will be the factory manual.
