I just imported a 2H engine with an H42 trans and split case with ebrake ( pink unicorn part) . This combo came out of the personal 40 series from Chris at Wink 4x4 Engineering in the Netherlands. I have a few parts with it that will simplify installing this in any 40 series, it comes with engine mounts that can be bolted to the frame, modified battery support, short exhaust, transmission cradle and airfilter box. The engine was already removed but Chris told me it ran great but he replaced it with a 12HT/H55 setup.
I need 3500$ for the complete setup, if you want just the engine I can let that go for 2300$
