Hi guys I need to know what size the rubber fuel pipe is on a hj47 2h diesel as I have misplaced mine and need to buy some more fuel hose

Filler spout hose or the section from the hardline to the IP

These are the sizes on my BJ40:

And here's a closeup of the details written on the larger hose:

And my leakage line is 5.5mm ID

I'd expect yours to be the same..

Sorry. Chappo...

I felt uneasy that there may be yet another tubing size in use here.

And my fears were correct...

I think you'll find 10mm/3/8" too big for those sections that slide onto your steel fuel line. (The one that follows your chassis rail.)

I just checked this morning and sure enough I used 5/16" there...

So you'll likely need this 5/16" size for both your "fuel tank pickup tube to chassis rail" and chassis rail to fuel pump" sections.

Sorry if you have already bought your hose based on my earlier advice.

(I'll go back and correct that last post now)

(So I now think the 10mm/3/8" hose is suitable only for those sections that run between your fuel filter and IP and between your fuel filter and fuel pump (assuming you cut the original "machine-clamped braided hosing" off those banjo spigots).
