For the lines, I think you are best off going to a hose manufacturing place and get some hydraulic lines build for you.

I've got a rad support frame with the factory mods to hold the a/c condenser - would that be of any interest? It's very sound, though a little metal repair would be needed in one corner. I also have a short hose with fittings, that goes from the condenser to the receiver dryer (at least that's what i think it does!). It's about a foot long.

i have a complete ac system that i took out from an hj 47 with a 2h engine, compressor, lines, brakets, rad, etc. i have pictures, i owned a 1981 hy 47 with a 2h, the plan was to put an ac, but now i am changing the engine. i live in los angeles, ca PM me if you are interested.
