EDIT: 2 gaskets required per engine. Looks like it will fit 12HT but cannot confirm - For only $20 each, probably worth the gamble if you have a 12HT and want new OEM gaskets.

Thanks Beno, but the 2H has two side covers like the 12HT (and H).
According to the FSM, it looks like the push rod covers and gaskets are the same for 2H and 12HT.
