The valves should be adjusted correctly for post build. they were/are right on factory spec.
They shouldnt need adjustment again untill you get some miles (500ish) on the motor.

I would double check to make sure timing is spot on. It was set right when I installed the THC dizzy but as I mentioned the other perspective buyer gaver her a twist and let me know it wasnt quite tight. Doh. I readjusted just by firing and idle sound but never put the light back on it.

Did you get the new 3fe exhaust gaskets? shoulda been in the box o parts (2)
I owe you an oil filter housing and have it here unless it was in the box too.
When I ran the line from the filter housing to the oil pressure guage it didnt seat well and the pressure line couple leaks just a bit so I sourced another. the 1/8'' npt to 1/8'' bpt coupler is a tough one to find.
 
Ok Jason sounds good. I really think it doesn't want to run because of the complete lack of back pressure. Do you know how to tighten the PS belt? I didn't see the gaskets in there but I'll look around.

the PS adjustment I believe is up on the bracket assembly by the front drive side of block
