2f identification

I have a 2f in my 73 fj40 and i am trying to figure out what year it came out of. My serial number 2f595230. Also i did a compression check when i changed my plugs and i didnt do it how your supposed to. The motor was dead cold with a low battery and i got 90 91 91 90 91 91. I know its not the correct way to do it but my tranny and radiator was out. Do you think it will jump considerably when done correctly?

Should jump up at least another 25-40 psi when done correctly.
