For sale - Strong 2F motor, clutch assembly, SM420 plate adapter and the SM420 that goes with it. The 2F has a Pertronix setup on it which I haven't touched in ten years! Carb was rebuilt many years ago by Chenowth. Also has York onboard air that still works great. I'll throw in the exhaust system also. The transfer case, I will keep. How many miles on it? I have no idea. Guessing, over the 12 years I have owned it, 10k-20k?? You can come by and hear it run, before I take it all apart. The only problem I have had with it, is, it's a dog in the hills. Of course, the 37" tires I run don't help a lot I just need more horses to pull myself up the hills. I am asking $500. It is in Folsom, CA.

You mean this comes with the plate adapter on the back of the SM420? Is it a warden plate? If so this is a really good deal, especially with the OBA ready to go. Wish I needed it.

The plate adapter on the SM420 was sold by John Pardi. My understanding is that John had them made by the same guy that did Warden's. My original cost just, for the plat, was ~$300
