I saw an old FJ25 today. Pretty cool little truck, but beat to death unfortunately. The guy is in Pheonix. but the 25 is oridinally from Minnesota. I have a phone pic that I will try to post soon.
I bought a 40 body from the owner of the 25, and had I brought my 20' flatbed I would have offered him some coin for the 25 while I was buying the 40 body.

I'm gonna talk to the owner again after I get a few replies here. I dont think he wants to sell, but failing health may make the decision for him. That's how I got my FJ40 body from him

As far as I know, John #1 is still in fair health for an ol.................. so they can't be his. ;p

 

[Living in the Past]

I remember two other 25s in the Phoenix area. Both green, one was just a tub and frame with 73 FJ40 running gear but far from running. This guy was younger and living with his mother. It was for sale years ago so maybe this one. The other was in real nice shape and running. Then there is Rick W's far from running but it is not what I would call in ruff shape. Or maybe there's another one here in AZ.

I might have a couple of FJ25s for sale if I don't make some kind of a deal with a few of the regulars on this forum soon. Four FJ25s, four FJ40s, one FJ45LPB, one FJ62 and a UZJ100 is a bit too much
