I have a JDM 2b from a 1980 BJ44. Here's the brief story. I'm at high altitude and the normally aspirated diesel was not a good combo. She ran good, but smoked a LOT when cold. White smoke. I added a turbo which made a huge improvement, but the antifreeze really started disappearing then. I've since put the turbo on an old 3b and have a H55 behind that. So the 2b just sits. Pulled the head and it has cracks between the valves. Everything is here, 24V. $1500 for the engine, split case, and 4speed. In Tijeras, NM, come get it. Buddy needs his engine stand back!
