285/75r16 + 1.25 spacer with NO lift?

Anyone running this setup? I searched but couldn't find anything with all three. Picking up some new 17 inch wheels that have a +30 offset and was wondering if I should / could run 285/70r17 or play it safe with 275/70r17s.

I didn't plan to run spacers after putting that size tires on but after some time offroad i quickly realized they still sit well inside the fenders as my rig was the cleanest one to come off the trail. I'm hoping to come across a used set of 1" spacers to install.
