These are the tires I'm buying. Does anyone know for sure if the 285's will fit on the hundy's matching spare wheel?

So are you really asking, will they fit on your truck at all? They're all the same wheels, yes they will fit. Rated for 8-10" wide rims.

your next question might be, will it fit underneath in the spare tire location? yes.
