If the TuRD doesn't sell, I will try and get some rusty 16 wheels and take the 285/75/16 tires off it and put them on the 62. Any rusty chevy wheels fit a 62?
I tried the 285's from the 80 and they fit the rear of the 62 but the front would need spacers.
With the sagging springs, what will I have to do to get the tires to fit for wheeling?
I can trim, (well, mother nature has already done some triming for me RUST) the wheel wells.
Can I get away with just triming or will I need to add longer shackles?
Springs are out of the queation at this time, unless SOMEONE gives me a used set very cheap ( $50 or FREE
)
I have the spring perches for a SOA.
What would I need to replace up front if I SOAed the front with very saggy springs?
Would I need to replace all the parts like I was doing a real SOA with lifted springs OR would it be no different that installing a 2" or 3" lift?
