Oh, man, I'd have to go looking for it in some very deeply buried boxes. I have moved my parts twice since then, and each time these older items get moved to the bottom of the pile.

I'll have a look and see if I can located it.

I don't think I need it anymore actually, I think I might try and get my EDIC rebuilt. If that falls through I'll absolutely buy yours if you still have it by then!
