I almost sold the lx the other day for an another 21 heritage but there were so many features of the lx that i couldn’t part with. After many lc’s i think the lx is one of the best. Here are a few photos of the build. Sliders, 12.5 gal long range, drawers fridge and trd wheels. Perfect DD.

Glad to see your post. I have a 2020 HE and I just bought a 2017 LX570 for the missus. Just listed her 2021 4Runner venture with the same mileage as the new 570. Pretty excited. Pulling out the 3rd row of seats later today.

does the LX drive better than the LC on road ?
I wouldn't say better. Different. LX570 more like a sedan ride---softer. LC feels a little more like a truck but not truck-like the 4runner venture or TRD tundra or 4runner---still plush and comfy. LX is for the missus----200 HE is mine and that feels like the appropriate way to split them.

I do not know about the later models as I never drove one, but for 2013 my back-to-back testing experience is that yes, LX drives a LOT better on the road than the LC. It is not a slight difference. This is the biggest reason I ended up buying the LX not the LC. The AHC suspension is a piece of engineering that delivers. For me none are driving like a sedan or even a wagon (I own both). You know you are in a big truck, even with the LX. The magic of the LX is that it makes the ride surprisingly smooth and pleasant yet controlled on cornering braking and acceleration. You keep the road feel and that is important to me. These where both used trucks.

I can't speak for the 2013 of either. I have a 2020 Heritage Edition LC and 2017 LX570 and I love them both. I'd say highway driving straight away at 75 mph--zero discernible difference--assuming similar tires. City driving, bumpy roads---softer, cushier, sedan, refined town car experience in the LX 570---I used to drive a LS 400 for years---reminds me of that. On city bumpy roads the LC definitely feels more like a truck and a vehicle that wants to get off road. The LX 570 feels like a vehicle that's on its way to dinner and the opera---which is what they are going for if you watch the commercials. Might be the tires, might be the rake, definitely the AHC. I think the LC sits a little higher too. I do like all the creature comforts and wood luxury trim in the LX quite a bit but if I had to choose between the two, I'll take the understated, "stealth wealth", utilitarian LC. I bought the HE when it came out because I wanted 2 rows but I didn't want to be seen as the guy driving around in a 95k car. Just fit my personality better---and I LOVE the lexus brand and toyotas in general. Been driving them since I had a 1983 Cressida. Drive them both and pick the one that suits you! Both incredible pieces of machinery.

I miss my 18 LX570!!!
