After picking my new HE up I noticed these stains. I have tried various cleaners, so far no luck, any suggestions?

I'd ask the dealer that sold it to you. It's a brand new vehicle, after all.

Years ago i had this happen on a brand new lexus after 5,000 miles. After lots of questioning around the cleaning products i use on the wheels (specifically if i used harsh chemicals) they agreed to replace them all 4 for free. It did take a while and Lexus reps were involved.

Yep I have been in contact
I would like to see if they will clean up. I have traditionally used sonax and was wondering what others use?
Are these forged wheels painted or PC?
Not sure

The problem is if you mess with them too much, apply cleaners/solvents, etc., there's a pretty good chance the dealer will use that to blame you and absolve themselves from responsibility.

As recently as today someone posted here that they were in contact with BBS and they said all of their wheels are painted.

Yep good point. Dealer recommended a cleaner, in writing. I suspect that if their recommendation doesn’t work they will be open to resolution. Up to this point my experience w this dealer has been respectable.

I think I would start by looking for what is leaking. Maybe when something is hot since the streaks are radial.

My gut is that's brake dust plus tire shine. The shine stuff can be pretty difficult to get off, but I've had luck with Eagle One A2Z wheel & tire cleaner. I hate tire shine because it slings all over the place making dirt/dust stick to that. Every used vehicle I buy gets it removed with this stuff and a brush as soon as I get home.

Obvious disclaimer of testing in a small spot.. but it's designed for wheels so should be safe.

This could be it. I was concerned they were scratches but they don’t appear to be.
The dealer had some gooeee tire shine on when I picked it up and I immediately had a lengthy drive.
I am a clean car fanatic and keep my stuff clean so my OCD is kicking in. While I have cleaned a wide variety of wheels, some very expensive, I just wasn’t sure on these abs these marks seemed unusual. Here is a pic of LC
