What do you guys think? Feasible?

I'm still waiting on Lexus Parts to show online to look at the differences. Maybe someone with more knowledge of the systems can say whether this will be nearly impossible, outrageously expensive, or just a few thousand dollars and possible.

All connectors in the back are different. They also seem to run on a different communication protocol, so I don't think re-pinning the harness would just work.

Feasible?

No. Physically all the parts will fit minus the connectors. Programming wise, hell no. The ECU and BCM (or whatever Toyota calls their body control module) won’t even know what to do since the software and firmware are so alien from each other. It’ll cost way more in labor/headache to re-wire and reprogram if that’s even possible than selling your existing GX and just buying a new 2022 one. It just isn’t realistic.

Agree... IMO: years away, time, and money for someone to experiment with used parts swaps. Not even sure wiring diagrams for '22 are up in TIS.

Remember... '20+ crawl/MTS still needs to be officially cracked too. At this point one of the ECUs in next testing for that mod can't even be ordered right now it is on such a long backorder.
