2021 Sequoia TRD Sport - leaking shocks?

Took the Sequoia for its 40kmi service and the tech said all four shocks are leaking*. I think that what he sees is residue from FluidFilm application. Haven’t noticed anything in driving to suggest the shocks are not functioning properly.

Question: is it common for those Bilsteins to leak? I’ve read (on a Bilstein site) that some leakage is normal.
Question: is it likely that all four shocks would leak? What could cause that?

Looks like fluid film. I'd clean them up good, wipe them down and Check again in a week.

Bilsteins tend to last 40-60k
