Hey Gang - finally back in a 200 after 4 years in a GX460...and my wife is already complaining that the 2017 LX we picked up is too slow (it does feel a bit lethargic compared to our old 2014 LC w/ the 6 speed), so I ordered a set of DT long tube headers from URD. I was then poking around the DT site and noticed the LX headers have the air injection ports removed, while the LC long tubes appear to have them still intact; any LX owners here with long tubes installed? If so, did you stick with the LX tubes and get a SAIC disable kit from Hewitt-Tech Secondary Air Pump Valve Bypass Kits - https://hewitt-tech.com? Or can/should I just get a set of the LC long tubes and install them (this would be my preference - and I assume the fit is identical to the LX)?
For those wondering about mid-pipes, I did order a set of the LC mid-pipes that go with the LC long tubes directly from DT (they did show out of stock, however); if they're not identical in fitment to the LX, I'll do some surgery with the MIG to make it work.
