Good day all,
I am considering year 2016 (first year of refresh) which has close to 47K miles and ask price for it is 48K. Beige interior, Clean title, though it has 4 previous owners, the first of which was the police
Do you recommend considering this vehicle or shall I look for something a bit newer? One thing I would miss is the connectivity with android or iphone . Besides, the mobile phone connectivity is there any thing major missing in this year model compare to 2020/2021 etc

The cars had no real notable update differences, and there is no reason to buy newer other than the age of car you want to own.

However. I would never buy from a government body. My brother was in the police, and they are NOT gentle on their cars..

What did the police do with an LX? I’m pretty sure it wasn’t a pursuit vehicle. Any evidence of a repaint or extra electrical accessory install?

That's pretty close to what I paid for my 2016 with ~100k miles, so I would wonder how badly it was abused. It feels too low priced.

But the 2016 has phone connectivity, just not CarPlay or Android Auto. You can use the screen to play music & control audio off your phone via USB.
