2016 LX 570 Rear Seat Entertainment One Screen Does not display Videos

Tried to play DVD and HDMI connected device, in both cases only the right Screen displays the video.

Both screens do show normal system menus and responds appropriately to the remote.

Any ideas on what could be wrong?
