2016+ LC200 None of the charging ports work???

Hey guys tried to figure this out before but no solution so I'm asking you guys.

Been noticing that none of my cigarette ports are working to charge things like my cell phone or other devices. I was told it might be a blown fuse. Looked at all fuses and all of them are not blown.

Any ideas or thoughts? Please let me know. Thank you.

Look upside down in the footwell fuse box, think it's a 15A fuse labeled p/outlet. Had the same issue and found that one blown.
