Get the rear entertainment screen if you have kids. They are bulky, but kids watching movies on headphones in the back while my wife and I are up front enjoying satellite radio or just talking is nice.

The newer ones come with a "tablet holder" which is the way to go.

Had those screens on 16LC. They take space and was always terrified the someone will break them. Got many offer from folks to buy mine as they broke theirs. $2.5K to replace.

EDIT: Since we are talking about them, decided to buy one. A guy on eBay has two and sold me one for $40 delivered.

Many here are referencing the US spec land cruiser which basically comes fully loaded. There are no significant options you can check really. Many would prefer to have some say in the options like offered abroad but no dice.
