This particular sample is a second generation, 2013 Toyota Tacoma SR5 built on a long-wheel-base chassis giving this truck enough length to have both a full size, six-foot bed with a roomy double cab. For power, this Tacoma is equipped with Toyota's 4.0L 1GR-FE V6, which produces just over 235 hp from stock back by a five-speed automatic transmission and dial select four-wheel-drive.
At first glance, this Tacoma definitely stands out from the average. Some tastefully executed upgrades include a Rough Country front end level kit, an added leaf spring in the rear, satin black 16" AR172 Baja wheels by American Racing and Falken Wildpeak A/T 265/70R-16 tires. Also fitted is a lifetime K&N air filter.
The rest of the truck remains stock from the exterior to the interior. Exterior-wise, this Taco still shines nicely. The Classic Black paint is in nice shape with only a few imperfections, which include scratches on the lower quarters of the doors and tailgate. These imperfections have been touched-up and show well. All body panels and trim pieces are intact and free from cracks.
The interior is nearly spotless with very minimal wear on the seats and carpeting. There are no stains or smells and appears to never have been smoked in. All gauges and interior electronics work flawlessly including the touch screen, factory stereo. Heavy-duty, rubber floor mats are also fitted, which further protect the floors from excessive wear.
Clean being a commonality, the chassis and engine bay are also in very nice shape. Both are free from corrosion and leaks. All mechanics work as they should: start and idle are perfect, shifts are smooth and consistent and the four-wheel-drive engages and disengages without hesitation.
This 2013 Toyota Tacoma is fully inspected and up to date on all maintenance.
