I can't go wrong with this deal can I? One owner 2013 w/ 74K miles. Lady in her upper 60's driven. It is supposed to be a done deal but her husband had to go to Cali on business trip so I cannot get until next week. I hope nothing happens and we can get it wrapped up next week.

That's priced about 3-5k less than any GX in my region. I'd jump on it. I recently bought a 1-owner 13' with 110k miles for 21k. I paid market value, but PO had done rotors and pads all around, secondary air pump, tires, drivetrain fluids, and brake fluid this year. Plus, every single service record from new. Zero holes in my trucks service history. Unreal.

Sounds like you got good deal with great service records. The guy selling mine has a semi truck repair and service center. I talked to the mechanic that did all the oil changes and basic stuff and local Lexus dealer did a few recalls and some service intervals so it checks out good. Midwest vehicle but frame looks rust free some surface rust on other parts which I did not like but way better than my FJ.

Looks like a good deal... some areas to check out

Done deal, I picked up today and had to drive it home and run a bunch of errands put about 200 miles on it and like it way better than I thought I would. Hit the seats with some leather conditioner and quick spray on wax on exterior. I did not have time to do anymore. The old owner did not have it detailed very good but it looks way better now.
