Runs fantastic , but recently I got code p0037. Cleared it , and it came back multiple times. What I’ve noticed is it will come on about 50% of the time going through a rounda bout or making a sharp left hand turn at speed. Rough terrain or off roading typically does not throw the code. I went ahead and replaced the bank 1 sensor 2 sensor yesterday and all was well until this afternoon when again going through a rounda bout and the check engine light came on.

Things I’ve done/checked:

- replaced 02 sensor
-visually inspected engine bay and wire hardness for rodent damage
- ran premium fuel last two tanks and fuel system treatment
- cleared codes , but it’s still showing one is stored as permanent ?

Looking for some advice on what I should dive into next without shooting in the dark.

Thanks in advanced to anyone willing to get in in the right direction.

The so-called permanent code will take a few drive cycles to clear after a problem is fixed. Since the CEL returned, something is still going on with that O2 sensor. Given the odd behavior of the CEL occurring during side forces, I wonder if it’s a wire shorting out briefly or a connector losing connection briefly when being slightly shifted by a certain motion. Recheck the full run of the wire to that sensor and any connections that might be even slightly stressed by vehicle movement.
