I guess irrelevant now since you saw the car and did not go well... but, slipkid13 answered for you ! Those are the main boxes to tick. The HG is a joke (no joke for some, but who knows who are really them) regarding a youtuber blowing out of proportions HG issues with the LC200/Tundra engines. You are welcome to read the whole ordeal, but in summary, proper maintenance of your engine should prevent it from happening, specially taken care of coolant flushes !
